Emily Bergan
Principal & Founder
Emily grew up in New Hampshire, where she first developed her love for cold weather, maple syrup, and the mountains.
​She began her career working in energy policy. After getting her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, she spent 3 years in management consulting, working with businesses and investors in the energy and infrastructure space. Today, Emily brings that mix of analytical rigor, operational depth, and human-centered leadership to her goal of acquiring a single small business and leading it for the long term. She is committed to building trust with employees, honoring the founder’s legacy, and investing in the systems, culture, and people that enable sustainable growth.
​Emily is passionate about the outdoors and spends much of her free time in the mountains skiing and hiking. She lives in Denver, Colorado with her Greater Swiss Mountain Dog puppy Clark, the inspiration behind the Clark Ridge Partners' name.
